Bathroom Remodel
Client wanted to remove their cast iron bath tub and replace with a walk in shower. We removed the tub and installed new flooring to hold the weight of the new shower.
I recentered and plumbed the drain, as well as, installing the supply lines for the tile guys to add in the tile.
New Garage Opener
Changed garage door opener from a faulty chain drive to belt driver for a quieter opening experience.
New sink faucet
Replaced the sink faucet and plumbing to assist with previous leak.

Client wanted to take out their old tub and shower and replace it with a zero entry shower, toilet, new tile, and no tub.
I removed the previous tub, shower, flooring, and toilet and lowered the floor for the zero entry shower. I replaced the new toilet and moved the plumbing for the shower and toilet.

New flooring
Previous floor had water damage and needed to be replaced. I removed the old tiles, floor, braced some of the floor joists, and lowered the shower flooring for a zero entry shower.
